Late Cancellations
At HairQueen XO, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. Running Late?
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
No-Show Policy
Reschedules
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you may be charged a no-show fee, which is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are provided at the discretion of Hair Queen Hair Extensions and are subject to the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee.
